Seek and share knowledge of the Mornington Peninsula and work with local providers to enhance the guest’s experience.  Provide “Recommendation Guides” on our experiences and of the area including food and wine.  Provide a “Taste of the Peninsula” by providing Local Produce Hampers from farm gates and local providers and ensure gardens are returned to indigenous plantings to encourage return of local wildlife and save water. Ensure everyone has the information they need at their fingertips and commit to ongoing learning and development for our people.  Partner with local providers to enhance the guests experience.
